Analog – Medium Dark Roast

Analog is grown at Finca San José in Concepción de Ataco, El Salvador, at altitudes between 1,400–1,600 MASL. This single-origin coffee is produced from Borbon, Marsellesa, and San Pacho varietals using a semi-washed process. The farm spans over 400 hectares, employing 50 workers, and is committed to sustainable practices. The volcanic soil and unique microclimate of the region give Analog its distinctive character.
