At The Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition
2. The item must be in its original packaging
3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Items returned after the 7-day return period

  • Customized or special-order products (if applicable)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us with proof (images or video)

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as proof

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)

  • If the issue persists, contact us
